I had to take an allergy test today. Though I do not mind getting shots, I was not too excited about having to be poked numerous times, but it was way easier than i thought. The doctor actually used these plastic stamper things, and I didn't have to get any injections! Sweet.
Despite the itching, it was really fun. I had 24 test spots, and every single one got some kind of reaction. What a learning experience! I found out that I am HORRIBLY allergic to grass, ragweed, and shellfish. I didn't know that. It's a good thing my family never eats seafood. If I had ever decided to try a bit of shrimp, my throat may have swollen shut! I have to start getting shots every week. Inconvenient, but worth it.
