I saw the new Hairspray movie and it was amazing!!!
Several years back when I saw that gorgeous poster outside of a chicago theatre I was in love.
The 1988 movie, however, was tragically dissapointing to me, despite the dazzling performance of Debbie Harry.
When I saw the new movie poster in a movie theatre just a few months ago, I was thrilled! What a cast! John Travolta,
Queen Latifah, Amanda Bynes, Zac Efron, Michelle Pfeiffer, & Christopher Walken. It was even better than I had imagined! GO SEE IT! It made me want to dance in the isles, and I hope it makes you feel that way too!

Hi there, glad you enjoyed the film too - I know what you mean about the wanting to dance bit, I wish people would be more like us in cinemas and clap and dance, my mum and I are terrible, we wanted too and the others were a bit prudish, why do we always sit next to people like that! if I am at a concert and start to dance I get told to sit down! I don't anymore I have learnt not to care what people think but then I am 40 something! if you learn that at a young age you will enjoy life so much better - you are definately from my clan - glad you found me, we should definately keep in touch - luv your blog - luv happy - @/*_*\@ xx
Love the fifties as I was just discovering what life was about by the end of. Is this a "chick flick" or would my husband enjoy do you think ?
Well, I think that it has something for all to enjoy. Overall, it's a fun film.
