I got up early to head for the city today. We had to go to the Art Institute for a class project. Now I love to go to Chicago, and the Art Institute is awesome, but it really sucks to have to cut out a chunk of time to go, spend money on the train, the museum, and maybe some food, only spending about an hour inside the place, in one gallery, just to meet a requirement for a paper.
I didn't get the best sleep last night because the fire alarm went off around 2:00 am. I guess there was a small fire in the boys kitchen. We got to go stand in the cold in our pjs.
Yay college.
