Basement Parties

The decor at the House Cafe in Dekalb, IL could be described as a Moroccan family's basement after during Christmas. This was the setting for the recent Matt Pond PA concert I attended with Meredith and Chris.



It was absolutely a fabulous show, but also strange. I saw Matt Pond PA about 4 years ago, but these people before me on the stage were completely knew except for Matt. Also, there was no cellist! This was not the band I knew, but they played one heck of a show to say the least.
