Kymberly and I had the day off so we went to the Lincoln Park Zoo. It was so much fun! Immediately I thought of Raffi and started singing "We're going to the zoo zoo zoo, how about you you you?" as we waited for the bus.
One benefit of the weather getting colder is that the zoo is far less crowded than it is during the summer. Everything was so peaceful there.
There were bunnies everywhere! Watching the animals not in cages can be just as entertaining.
Ahhh. It was quite a relaxing day in the monkey house.
Beaver slowly makes progress in his escape plot.

I will never get tired of going to the zoo. There is something that is just so special about it. Next time, we are going to visit the petting zoo!
